Training for new employees
·Training for new employees is divided into the company-level training and the departmental-level training, thus to help them quickly fit into our company’s culture.
·The company-level training covers company history, corporate culture, rules and regulations, departmental policies etc., besides, our company, from time to time, organizes various vocational courses.
·The departmental-level training adopts the tutorial system. After one newer is on post, a veteran is assigned to perform the “tutorial system”  training featured with one-on-one, guiding him/her to blend into a new team.
Training on business skills
·Our company has a perfect on-the-job training system, regularly develops appropriate training plans based on employee training demand and title ranking, and offers opportunities of training and going out for exchange.
